The brief was to help bring to the life Ortiz; a collection of Columbian marinades developed by Ana Ortiz, co-founder of the Fire Made company, known for live-fire cooking equipment and culinary training. Joined by Somerset’s finest food photographer Ed Scofield, we set to work capturing Ana’s dynamic and instinctive cooking style along with product shots for the sauces marketing and socials.
