Beginning anxious at the edge of the road, she gradually grows in skill and self-belief — learning to signal, shoulder-check, and ride proudly alongside traffic. The film highlights how cycle confidence sessions with Frome Community Bike Project can empower people of all ages to claim their space on the road and discover the freedom of riding a bike.
