THE WATERHOUSE PROJECT

FROM THE LAKES
TO LONDON

Working closely alongside critically acclaimed chef Gabriel Waterhouse, we set out to build a short form piece of content that documented the care and attention for each dish he creates. We began in the Lake District visiting the ‘Lake District Farmers’ where Gabriel sources his produce before following the produces journey down and into Gabriel’s restaurant in East London.

My role in the project involved, leading on creative direction, production and illustrations for the film.
